A great young couple is looking to rent a duplex or apartment in or around the Wauwatosa area Starting February 1st. My wife and I are both in our Mid 20's and are responsible, clean and friendly people with amazing credit. My wife is pursing her masters degree and works part time and I work full time for a financial sound company.
Looking for a 2 bedroom unit (will consider the right 1 bedroom unit) preferably with some utilities included, washer/dryer or washer dryer hookups always nice. Will need on site parking for 2 cars with a garage being a plus. Do not have any pets because we are both allergic. We are willing to do own lawn care/snow shoveling(preferably with tools provided) and basic maintenance repairs. We will keep apartment in great condition and are excellent tenants. Looking to pay around $625/1 yr lease or month to month but will consider more for the right place. Do not miss your chance to have great tenants in your rental property!!!
