Looking to share a place with a non smoker/smoke outside only, non drinker, no drug user. I'm looking to move within the next month and need to discuss some small issues before the move. I'm a Christian man but I dont go around preaching to anyone I just go to church and live my life. I'm a laid back person with a personality that will adapt to anyone. I'm a clean person but not a clean freak. If you could help me out then reply to me asap.
I don't care about all the bells and whistles but parking, storage, and use of a washer/dryer would be nice with utilities incl. Willing to help keep the place clean inside and out for compensation for the utils.
