soccer team forming (Milwaukee)

We are trying to get a 20 something/30 something co-ed soccer team together. The Milwaukee Recreation department has a 6 vs. 6 outdoor league beginning Tuesday, June 10th. Game times are 6:30, 7:30, or 8:30. This is for B and C level players, meaning you may have some experience or you just like playing for fun with friends, but you're
not wanting to play at an extremely competitive level. We are trying to
get a team organized and need at least 6 men and 6 women. If we get 12
committed players, the cost will be approximately $16 per person.
Commitment is important. Do
you have friends who'd like to play? Let them know too. It will be a
fun way to make connections with new people and get some exercise. Once
I get a list of people who are interested, we will meet up somewhere
(maybe to kick the ball around once it warms up a bit?) and get our team
organized. The location of the games is the Beulah Brinton Community
Center at 2555 S. Bay St., but we can certainly carpool from different
parts of Milwaukee if need be. Please email for more information!
