that will negotiate that file, and Guarantee it. Payday twice a month.
Specialty--Controls:
-- Install and maintain various types of control systems, such as Siemens, Johnson, and Andover energy management systems.
-- Install and maintain all components of heating systems at existing and new installations.
-- Design and draw schematics for steam and hot water heating systems.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
The person in this position must be willing and able to do the following: 1) work under conditions of high temperature, dust, cramped spaces, and high noise levels, and 2) furnish basic steamfitter hand tools of the trade.
NOTE: Persons hired as Steamfitters are expected to be able to perform the functions typically associated with this trade at the journey level.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. Valid driver's license and availability of a properly insured personal automobile for use on the job at time of appointment and throughout employment (car allowance provided).
2. Residency in the City of Milwaukee within six months of appointment and throughout employment.
3. Certification in the EPA Asbestos Abatement Training Program within six months of appointment.
4. Confined space training within six months of appointment.
The examination will be held as soon as practical after November 20, 2009. Receipt of applications may be discontinued at any time after this date without prior notice; however, recruitment may continue until the needs of the City have been met. Qualified applicants will be notified by mail of the date, time, and place of the examination.
We prefer that the candidate would come to our home in Cedarburg. Stay at home moms with a child of their own are welcome to inquire. We would also consider bringing our son to someone's home as long as there are not more than two other children being cared for.

Treatment foster parents are licensed to provide full-time care for children in the foster parent's home. These children's ages range from 12 to 17, and have been removed from their homes due to child abuse or neglect. These children may have emotional, behavioral and/or medical challenges, which require intensive supervision and care.
Foster parents work with the Anu Family Services social worker to provide a therapeutic environment that assists these children to heal from their difficult life experiences. Foster parents provide clear rules and consequences for home, school and community in order to provide these children with the skills needed to return home and/or enter the community as a successful adult. Foster parents will actively work with the youth's family to promote safe reunification.
Applicants are required to be 21 years or older and have a minimum of a high school diploma/GED. Training or education in the fields of social services, child care or other youth related work helpful.
Applicants must be willing to participate in extensive background screening, including but not limited to, FBI fingerprinting, Department of Justice background check, DOT background check, County Social Service background check, and multiple background reference checks.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and be willing to travel for youth's medical appointments, court obligations, and various other appointments that may require transportation.
Treatment foster parenting requires full-time care of a child. The number of children placed in the home range from 1 to 2. Reimbursement for the expenses and care of a child placed in your home is dependent on the needs of the child, but ranges from $1200.00 per month to $1950.00 per month.
This position is best suited for families with another primary income as placements can not be guarenteed.

For the baseline weeks, we need the following coverage:
-- Wednesdays from 7A-7P
-- Thursdays, approximately 7:30A-6P
-- 8-10 hours on an additional weekday (Mondays are ideal, but this is flexible and can vary depending on your needs)
For about 10 weeks/yr, the hours will be increased to approximately 60 hours/week (M-F, from 7A-7P). There will be at least 3 months notice for when these weeks will occur, but flexibility will be required for you to be available and able to work long hours for those entire weeks. Availability on those weekends would also be appreciated, but is not essential.
Start date is flexible, but needs to occur by late February/early March 2010 (our current nanny is expecting her first child in late March).
You will be paid at an hourly rate (negotiable based on your level of experience). Paid holiday, vacation, and sick days will be provided. CPR certification is required, and we would be happy to pay for you to attend a class prior to starting with us. We would like at least 1 year commitment. We are also seeking someone who is fluent in Spanish and interested in teaching it to the girls, although that is not essential.

and events. We are looking for energetic, smiling people that can provide our guests with a high level of customer
service and a clean, safe environment.
