Parapalooza, Paranormal Fair & Expo Scheduled for May 10, 2008 in Kenosha
Northern Alliance of Paranormal Investigators will sponsor a one-day event to celebrate the unknown in Wisconsin & Illinois.
Kenosha, WI, 2008: Parapalooza, Paranormal Fair & Expo is scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 2008 from 10-6pm. The event will be hosted at the Kenosha Days Inn, located at 12121 75th Street in Kenosha and will be sponsored by Northern Alliance of Paranormal Investigators. This family-friendly event will feature local shops, artisans and clubs specializing in the paranormal and metaphysical.
Featured guests of Parapalooza will include: Kenosha’s very own Dr. Destruction who will be featuring some of his art and his famous haunted bus, Linda Godfrey, award winning author of the Beast of Bray Road series and Strange Wisconsin. The Doom on Durham Drive Players, The Sci-Fi Café and Jason Sullivan’s Ghost Hunting 101. Vendors include The Blessed Bee Boutique, Dragon’s Fire Creations, Nogard Gifts, The Bewitching Bee, Harry W. Schwartz Bookshops and local artist Teralyn Campbell. Psychic readings will be offered by local psychics and tarot readers. Entertainment will be provided by DJ Karaoke Kevin and Stepping Out.
A film crew from Forever Productions, LLC will be on hand filming a portion of an upcoming documentary about the paranormal. Cost of admission is $7 for adults, children 12 and under are admitted free. All proceeds benefit the Northern Alliance of Paranormal Investigators.
