Did you see who hit my silver Ford Taurus? (Waukesha)

Please help. Yesterday (April 28th), between 10:30am and 2:00pm somebody side swiped my car and left. I know for sure their car is blue because they left a LOT of their paint behind. They hit my passenger side starting at the wheel and halfway down my passenger door. This would have happened at the Waukesha County Courthouse or the US Cellular store on Bluemound. I don't have $1,000 to pay the deductible to fix the car that I've worked hard for. I've only owned this car for a few months and now thanks to this person, it's has over two thousand dollars worth of damage. Please email me if you saw anything. I'd be really really grateful for the help and I could really use a restoration in human faith right now. Thank you :)
