14 Foot Lowe with 15 HP Evinrude - Nice! - $1500 (Brookfield)
It's not the prettiest on the outside (previous owner painted it) but it sure is a comfortable, stable and great fishing boat. The 15 HP Evinrude outboard (mid 80s) is extremely reliable..it starts most times on the first pull. The hull is wider than most 14 footers having a beam of nearly 60 inches. We have fished with 3 adults standing and casting crankbaits without any problem. The Sea Bird trailer is in very good condition with newly replaced tail lights and wiring. Tires show some cracks and should be replace at some point.
The boat includes a custom floor that was built from marine grade plywood which makes the boat quiet, clean, comfortable and keeps your gear dry. It also includes a stern mount Minn Kota 30 lb trolling motor, automatic bilge pump system, newer battery, 6 gallon fuel tank, older Hummingbird sonar and 2 portable seats. It's ready to go fishing!
The boat is also ideal for situations where you desire to leave the boat in the water all season. There isn't any carpet or wood to worry about and with the automatic bilge pump system you don't need to worry about rain. It's simply ideal for this situation. I've had the boat for 4 years now and the family cottage is being sold.
