I have a funky old roof-top bicycle rack for sale. It has suction cups on the bottom to secure it to your roof, and then some straps with clips to really make sure it stays.
Holds 4 bikes- although I think the bikes you use need to have smaller round tubes (not big aluminum tube style bikes).
