I have a few Sportworks (which was purchased by Thule) 594 Sidearm bicycle mounts. Hardware included is good for any square or round roof rack!
They fit any size wheel from 20" to 29", Mountain, Road, or Kids bikes!
You can get your bike into it in about 10 seconds, and it does not touch your frame or paint at all! Very secure.
Price is $70 each- I live in Waukesha- 5 minutes from I-94
